Veterinary Neurology and Neurosurgery
The Veterinary Neurology and Neurosurgery Service at CEU UCH’s Hospital Clínico Veterinario focuses on the diagnosis and medical and surgical treatment of diseases affecting the central and peripheral nervous systems in animals. We manage complex cases, including seizures, paralysis, lameness of neurological origin, tremors, cranial nerve disorders, among others.
Specialists in veterinary neurology
Our specialists in veterinary neurology carry out comprehensive clinical assessments, using advanced tools to locate neurological lesions, identify their causes, and establish the most appropriate forms of treatment, which may be conservative or surgical.
Through our collaboration with advanced imaging diagnostics providers and our hospitalization system with intensive monitoring, we can provide a thorough and coordinated approach for each case, prioritizing the patient’s welfare and ensuring fluid communication with the owner or referring veterinarian.
