For this reason, the CEU UCH’s Hospital Clínico Veterinario provides a comprehensive and specialized service in canine sports medicine, with the focus on injury prevention, performance optimization and effective recovery, while always maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare.
Our team is made up of specialist veterinarians with specific training in veterinary sports medicine: they provide high-quality clinical care, but can also offer ongoing support and advice during throughout every stage of competition.
We offer event organizers and dog-handler teams a complete, tailor-made service, ranging from pre-competition assessment to post-event veterinary follow-up, adapting our approach to the specific needs of each sporting discipline.
Whether responding to in-competition emergencies, delivering advanced recovery therapies, or designing tailored nutritional programmes, we are able to support canine athletes every step of the way.
