The Veterinary Traumatology and Orthopaedics Service specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal diseases, both acute and chronic, in companion animals. Our goal is to restore function, relieve pain, and, whenever possible, achieve full recovery for the patient.
With over 20 years of experience and a dedicated specialist team, we use the most advanced techniques, including minimally invasive surgical procedures, regenerative therapies, and arthroscopy. We are committed to providing case-specific solutions, with a focus on improving our patients’ quality of life.
Traumatology and orthopaedic surgery services
Osteosynthesis
Surgical management of fractures repair using techniques to suit to each type of bone and injury, with the aim of ensuring a swift and stable recovery.
Arthroscopy
This minimally invasive technique is used for both diagnosis and treatment of joint problems, allowing for a faster and less painful recovery.
Advanced biological treatments
These include the application of regenerative therapies, such as PRGF® (plasma rich in growth factors) and the use of autologous stem cells to promote the repair of damaged tissues and joints.
