Send us supporting diagnostic tests and case details.
In order to properly assess the patient and avoid repeating tests unnecessarily, we kindly ask you to send all available clinical information, including previous examinations, diagnostic tests, treatments administered and case progression.
Please also include the owner’s name, the specialism the case has been referred to, and the appointment time.
